The only thing I can think of is that we had a new wifi modem installed, but it hasn't really affected anything else. I went through your online instructions through Nitro Pro support and even manually tried to enter the serial number above, but still didn't help. Can you help? I needed to use the nitro sign yesterday for a document, and that's how I found out that the trial version had kicked in.
