Re-activation on PC after new modem installed

I have your Nitro Pro and cannot activate it after it suddenly reverted back to trial status, and had been working fine on the PC. The only thing I can think of is that we had a new wifi modem installed, but it hasn't really affected anything else. I went through your online instructions through Nitro Pro support and even manually tried to enter the serial number above, but still didn't help.

Can you help? I needed to use the nitro sign yesterday for a document, and that's how I found out that the trial version had kicked in.

I released your serial number so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
