Stuart Macklin Posted July 21, 2022 Report Share Posted July 21, 2022 I'm copying my old laptop onto my new one and I've deactivated the license on my old computer but I can't find my serial number anywhere. I've had trouble with email programs over the last couple of years so I think the email with the serial number is missing. As I can't supply a serial number to submit a ticket to the support desk I'm stuck for what else to do.
