Thomas Everth Posted July 22, 2022 Report Share Posted July 22, 2022 I switched to a new laptop. The old installation was successfully manually deactivated. However, on the new laptop, the activation is not working. I get redirected on the new laptop to the Nitro Website to Deactivate my old version again. And there it says I have to "select a device" but no devices are listed to select. The Nitro website confirms my license and that I still have 3 activations available for me, but I can't get out of the loop to need to deactivate the license first which fails because of the inability to select a "device".
