Nitro Pro 12 activation problem

When trying to activate Nitro Pro 12 to new machines error messages pop up "-24:Activation Error".  Double-check and the 2 serial numbers are still valid.

Please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 so you could successfully activate using these serial numbers. The version and build can be determined when you go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

The Nitro PDF Pro 12 installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. 

Once installed, activate the software by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.

One more question, are the 2 serial numbers of Nitro Pro 12 entitled to an upgrade to Nitro Pro 13?

You can check our Upgrade Portal to see the eligibility of the serial number for a discounted upgrade price to version 13. The link to the upgrade portal is https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade
