Every time I start up, I get the message "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists.(error 401)".
What are the details of the error code?

Before we answer your inquiry about the error code,  could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
