The link to the portal is https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal The serial number you provided in this post appears to be not valid and the portal can confirm that as well. When you purchase a Nitro Pro license from a legit re-seller or directly from Nitro, the serial number either starts with 234xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx or 504xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Licenses that start at 234 are from older versions while 504 are from latest version (Nitro PDF Pro 13). My apologies but Nitro Support cannot assist you further due to an invalid serial number.
