Official Nitronaut Reymund G. Posted July 27, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted July 27, 2022 Greetings @Kris Peeters Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In checking the email address you are using here in Community Forums, I am only seeing version 13 license. I did not see a version 12 license unless it was purchased using a different email address. Do you still have a copy of your version 12 license? What is the email address you used to purchase the version 12 license? Kind regards,

Kris Peeters
This works back fine. Thanks. Just one small problem. For som reason , just the choiselist off printers is in a very very small lettertype ???? Maybe something to do with my 5K screens ??
Official Nitronaut Reymund G. Posted August 11, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 11, 2022 Hi @Kris Peeters That may be something to do with the scaling settings in Windows. Please try the following and see if it improves the size of the printers selection: 1. Open the 'Properties' of the NitroPDF.exe (Found via C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13) 2. Select the 'Compatibility' tab then 'Change High DPI settings'. 3. Enable 'Use this setting to fix scaling problem for this program instead of the one in Settings'. 4. Also enable 'Override high DPI scaling behavior'. 5. Adjust the 'Scaling performed by' to 'System (Enhanced)'. Kind regards,
