Hello

 

I am using  Product:                                        Nitro Pro (12.16.9.574) x64

Windows 10 Home, 64 bit.

License Status:                  23xxxxxxxxx6087

 

Getting the below error. Please help

An error has occurred within our system . Please try again or contact support if this persists. (error 401)

As part of troubleshooting, please open a browser, visit https://cloud.gonitro.com/, reset the password, open again Nitro Pro 12, click the 'Log in' link at the top-right, and enter the username and password to login into the Nitro Sign account.
