Need serial number for re-imaged computer. Email is no longer valid that purchase confirmation with activation/serial number sent too.

If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I have a serial number but can't recall which email account it was registered to.  How do I determine that and then move it to another account?

We can look up accounts  by any of the following:

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

I also just upgraded my laptop, and when I click on Deactivate, I am asked which device I want to deactivate without further instructions.  Kindly guide how to respond to which device deactivation question, and help me ensure that my serial no is accepted/revised.  Thank you.

Not able to see where I can ask a related question, I post my request here again:
