On my old one I have installed Nitro Pro 13.2.3.26 How do I deactivate the old one and get a new to install at my new computer? If the old machine is still accessible, you can deactivate the license by opening Nitro PDF Pro then navigating to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Deactivate. However, if the machine is no longer active, you can use our activation portal to deactivate the license. To do this, please go to https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal then enter the serial number you purchased online. Once you see the results after clicking 'Find License' click the Deactivate button. After this, you can install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 to the new computer by downloading the installer from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. Once Nitro PDF Pro 13 is installed on the new computer, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate.
