Please provide your Nitro PDF Pro serial number so we could check its activation records. Once we have the serial number, we can determine the appropriate installer that you can use on your new computer. Please note that I tried to search for a license purchase under the email address you use here, however, I did not find one. To upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 at a discounted rate, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12.
