Bug (Nitro Pro Win 13.67.0.45): Ctrl-Backspace does not delete previous word when entering comment text

Hi there - I'd like to report a bug, please.
Background: I am reviewing PDF documents and entering comments using the Review > Add Note functionality.
Action: I make a mistake in my typing and wish to delete the previous word I typed. I use the Windows convention of holding down Ctrl and pressing backspace.
Expected outcome: Nitro Pro deletes the previously-typed word.
Actual outcome: A square-box character is introduced into the comment.
Reproducible: Every time.
