John Moncrief Posted August 1, 2022 Report Share Posted August 1, 2022 Just installed Nitro Pro 13. Opened Word. Took 15 seconds or so to open. There was a message in red from Word that Nitro Pro was causing Word to open slowly and that I should "contact vendor" I could not "contact vendor" because I did not pay for "premium support" and therefore I have to rely on other users to fix my problem. You would think you would think one would at least get free company support when you have a problem after a new installation. Anyone out there have a solution?
