Message from Word that Nitro Pro 13 is slowing down opening of Word and I should "contact vendor"

Just installed Nitro Pro 13.    Opened Word.  Took 15 seconds or so to open. There was a message in red from Word that Nitro Pro was causing Word to open slowly and that I should "contact  vendor"    I could not "contact vendor" because I did not pay for "premium support" and therefore I have to rely on other users to fix my problem.   You would think you would think one would at least get free company support when you have a problem after a new installation.    Anyone out there have a solution?

I would like to take a look at this issue by asking first the following details:

1. The complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro 13 installation. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
2. Screenshot of the message about Nitro Pro causing the Word to open slowly.
3. The version of your Microsoft Office. 

Lastly, how long does it take to launch your Microsoft Office? Is this happening to all the Office apps or in Word only?
