The activation portal will allow you to release a license that has been active. If the "Number of Activations" showing in the portal is 0 (zero), there is no need to deactivate since there's no active activations that can be deactivated. Please check the version of your serial number in the portal so you know what version should be installed on your laptop. The installer can be located from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - Download the appropriate version that matches your license. Once installed, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click Activate. I have limited IT skills, and request you to guide where the portal can be accessed to choose the version. Believing that it is Nitro Pro 12, I clicked to install, but it failed without even asking me for my serial no. I have not tried to install Nitro Pro 13. Posted August 11, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted August 11, 2022 Hi @Viren Mehta You can access the licensing portal here https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal Once you are on that page, enter your serial number then click 'Find License'. This will give you the details of your license including the version. If the version is 12, you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 12. The installer can be located from the link below:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. But if the version is 13, you need to install Nitro PDF Pro 13 by clicking the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' from the same link. If you encounter an issue with the installation or activation, please provide the following: 1. The serial number you are using to activate the software. 2.
