The license I have reads it is for version 12 and is showing 0 active with 2 available to activate. The message is reading: -22:Error - Wrong license number You have attempted to activate Nitro Pro with a serial number from another version. You can only activate this version of Nitro Pro with its matching serial number. Can you assist pointing me to the correct version. I have tried version 10, and 13, and the activation for this license says version 12 and that is the version I am trying now with the current message.
