Can't Install .exe (V13) or Activate (Blank Certificate in Manual)

I've downloaded the latest Nitro Pro 13, but trying to install it dies at 88% downloaded.

If I use the .msi instead (dated 12/2020) I can install but the activation screen requires a manual activation (we don't use a proxy), and the certificate is completely blank. In checking the serial number on the website, it shows 0 activations.

Help please.

In order to further assist you, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 13. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I'm currently running 13.22.0.414 (installed via the .msi) on my computer. Quick question: does Nitro Pro 13 update itself or check for updates?

Instead of using our .exe package, please use our offline English MSI packages below:

Thanks Allain. That seems to have worked better.

However, is there a link to check for updates to the .msi or updates to the Nitro Pro 13 .exe itself? We'd like to keep the software up-to-date.  Thanks!
