Do I really need to create a business account to ask a question on this forum

I was trying to file a bug report about PdfPen, and it forced me to create a Business account at the Nitro website.

It claimed it was a free-trail, so I suppose it will eventually as me to start paying.

This is very strange.  It was much easier before Nitro bought PdfPen.

Posting or collaborating in our Community Forums requires an account. This account will be associated with Nitro Sign which is our web based e-signing solutions. 
Logging in to our community forums (https://community.gonitro.com) using the account you created will not ask you for a payment. 
You will be asked for a payment if you will use the account to login to Nitro Sign (https://cloud.gonitro.com) and use the e-signing services it offer (if the trial period is already expired)

You can still create an account using any active email like Gmail which is what you already have right now.

Maybe give us an option to register as a private individual? It is October now and the "issue" is still present.
