Lost Serial Numbers

Good afternoon, we have a couple of licenses tied to our account but urgently had to wipe our computers due to a data breach so we do not have the serial numbers to transfer to the new computers. Can someone please advise how to accomplish this?

Hi I have lost my serial number. Can you please supply as I want to move the software to another computer. Also do I need a new licence to use on 2 computers under the same business email?

Unfortunately, I was unable to find a serial number using the email address that you provided. I will only be able to locate your serial number if you purchased Nitro Pro from our website. If you purchased Nitro Pro from our website please provide us with the following information so we can look up your account.

1.    First and last name of purchaser
2.    Email address used purchase Nitro
3.    Order reference number

If you did not purchase Nitro from our website and have the CD your serial number will be located on the back of the CD sleeve. It may be labelled as Activation Code.
(Please keep in mind that if you purchased Nitro from a re-seller we will not have the information on our systems)

Thanks . I did loads of checks to find Nitro but just now found an email from Cleverbridge with the serial number so hopefully ok now thanks
