Nitro pdf creator (Pro 12) installation of driver failed on M1 mac running W11 on Parallels

I have managed to transfer Nitro Pro 12 from an old Mac laptop to a new Macbook Air M1 laptop with Windows 11 running in Parallels 17. Nitro runs well, opens, edits, prints to physical printer and saves. The only challenge is the PDF printer does not install and I can not print directly to PDF from any application. I have tried to reinstall Nitro Pdf creator printer but keep getting "installation of the printer failed"

Any help would be appreciated - thanks
