Simon Backshell Posted August 5, 2022 Report Share Posted August 5, 2022 Hi, I have a new laptop and so I'm trying to transfer the license, however I keep getting an error code on the laptop when I try to deactivate (-24: Activation Error). I've followed the online help to search for my serial number and it tells me that status is active, with 0 activations and 2 allowed. I then tried to enter the serial number to activate on my new laptop but it says the serial number doesn't exist! Any help would be really appreciated. We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
