Unable to deactivate my Nitro 12 licences on my two devices

Hello,

 

I have tried to follow the prompts on the portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal)  to deactivate my license on two devices but it says I must select the device i wish to deactivate but it gives me no options. Trying to do it on the software on my local machine gives error -24: Activation Error.

I wish to disable the license on both devices and transfer one activation to a new device.

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro serial number.
