Nitro Pro 13 Freezes When using "Save As"

I am on Nitro Pro 13.58.0.1180 and lately anytime I have been using the "save as" function, the program crashes and I am forced to restart. However, it does successfully save the file in this process. This is pretty inconvenient.

Since you are still working with an older build, please update to Nitro PDF Pro 13.67 using our offline installers below:

I am having this issue as well.  Windows 11 and yes, I am saving to Google Drive.

As part to of troubleshooting, please uninstall your current Nitro PDF Pro 13 through Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features, reboot the machine then install an older build which is Nitro PDF Pro 13.6.0.108 using these MSI installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_1360108/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 504972-uvwxyz-542681

Then perform again your workflow in extracting, combining, then saving to your Google Workspace (G Drive in the cloud) OR merging/combining documents in your Google Drive File Stream.

13.6.0.108 Seemed to have stopped the crashing for me, at least in the trail version. Is there anyway I can get the installer for the enterprise version so I can input our license for activation?
