Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check which build of Nitro PDF Pro is installed on the computer by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
The 0x40000029 issue has been fixed on Nitro PDF Pro 13.58 and later build. If your installation is not on the latest build, I recommend to do an update.

You can check the complete build of your installation under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
The latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 13 is located from the link below:

https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

To update, simply run the .exe installer and this will automatically update your installation to the latest build.
If it requires an activation, activate it using your version 13 license.
