The following emails are showing "expired plan" even though I have the license, please check the following emails:

Thanks @Reymund G.. Please note they got the access but to essential plan. and we have the premium plan. Can you please correct this as soon as possible, as they cant send reminders.

Hi @Sankalp Jaggi

The Nitro Sign account that is associated with those email addresses are individual accounts, thus getting the Nitro Sign Essentials license. Also, Nitro Sign Essentials is currently free. 
Do you have the name of the Company account that is subscribed to Nitro Sign Premium?
