But, I cannot figure out how to get the product to download. After using the trial copy, I must tell you that it lacks so much compared to the product I currently have. My old computer finally died and I need to activate one of the four licenses I still have. Your support has never been stellar which is why I have four licenses still that have never been used. Please advise. According to your site, I still have two activations available for the license I am looking at. It is not something I just thing happened. Thanks! If the version is 12, please ensure that you install Nitrox PDF Pro 12 using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. If the version is 13, install Nitro PDF Pro 13 using the installer from the above link 'Download Nitro Pro 13'. If you are still having an issue with the activation, please provide the following: 1. The serial number you are using to activate the software. 2. The version and build of Nitro PDF Pro on your computer. This can be located under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro.
