Customer does not know login

I work for a IT company and my customer has a serial number for a Nitro Pro 10, but she does not remember her login user.

Can I somehow discover that?

I saw the e-mail from Cleverbridge was sent to a specific e-mail, but I couldn't log in nor do the password reset.

Can you help me out with this issue?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

I believe you are referring to the account to login to Nitro Sign at https://cloud.gonitro.com 
Please note that a Nitro Sign account is not automatically created after purchasing a Nitro PDF Pro license. The Nitro Sign account can be created through sign up by clicking the Sign up link. 

If your customer can confirm that she created a Nitro Sign account, you can do the password reset. The password reset instruction will be sent to the email address she used to create the account. If the password reset email is not in her inbox, please check the spam/junk mail folder. 

The password reset will not work if she did not create a Nitro Sign account. 
She can create the Nitro Sign account by clicking the Sign up link at https://cloud.gonitro.com 

If she confirms that she created the account but the password reset did not work, please provide the email address she used to create the account so we can look for it on our end.
