Reinstall Nitro Pro 13 on new computer

I have a current version on Nitro (13.22.0.414) and had to do a reinstall on a computer.

I went to the "License Portal" and it says that I need to select devices to "Deactivate".  I have  already done this and it is all clear and shows 0 activations out of the 2 allowed.  I need this computer to work again.  PLEASE HELP ME!!!

For your kind information, the serial number you provide is for a Nitro Pro 10 and to reinstall your Nitro PDF Pro 13, please use the following MSI installers:

x64   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the serial number 504989-xxyyzz-215311 that you purchased last 6/24/2022.

So, if I have version 10 then I need the download for version 10.  You sent me the link for version 13.  Can you please send me a link to download version 10 for 64bit?

My apologies for providing the MSI installers for Nitro PDF Pro 13. I gave them out because of the title of this post and with regard to your Nitro Pro 10, please note that we no longer support this version and its activation servers have been shut down which is why its installers are no longer available for download. 

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.  

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro serial number :

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages instead:

x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
