Harrison Chu Posted August 13, 2022 Report Share Posted August 13, 2022 Hi, Please be advised, I recently switched to a new computer and have been unable to activate Nitro Pro 12 on the new workstation. The serial number (234601-######-478229) was actually from a Nitro Pro 11 license but when this had previously occurred, part of the instructions given to me was to download and use Nitro Pro 12. However, going back to follow the same instructions again, activation doesn't seem to be working any more. Note that I have already checked your license checker page and I have 0 out fo 2 copies activated, so that isn't the issue. Could you please check which build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 is installed on your computer? You can see this under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. I asked because the activation will work on your existing license if the build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 is 12.16.9.574. If this build is not installed on your computer, please install it using the installer from the link below: https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - please ensure to click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link and not the Nitro Pro 13. If the activation did not work given that your installation is on 12.16.9.574, please provide the complete details of your serial number. Serial# 234***-******-****** The linked download provided above does not appear to be a full installer, it opens and shows 100% completed, then crashes with error "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed". Please try to install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 using the MSI offline installer. 64bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi 32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi Once installed, activate it using your existing serial number.
