Harrison Chu Posted August 13, 2022 Report Share Posted August 13, 2022 Hi, Please be advised, I recently switched to a new computer and have been unable to activate Nitro Pro 12 on the new workstation. The serial number (234601-######-478229) was actually from a Nitro Pro 11 license but when this had previously occurred, part of the instructions given to me was to download and use Nitro Pro 12. However, going back to follow the same instructions again, activation doesn't seem to be working any more. Note that I have already checked your license checker page and I have 0 out fo 2 copies activated, so that isn't the issue.
