Johannes Köberlein Posted August 16, 2022 Report Share Posted August 16, 2022 (edited) Hello i have problems the activation of Nitro Pro 12. I own 5x Nitro Pro 12 and 1x Nitro 13 license. I deactivated Nitro Pro 12 on my Surface Book to switch and try Nitro 13. Now I cant activate the old license and my another Device(Surface Pro 7) The Support website says 0 activation available on all license expect for the Nitro Pro 13(1 activation available). All my devices have their own license. The license with the problem is 234600-xxyyzz-157011 Can you please help me. Edit: Change to real Serial number, didn't know a moderator oversee it.
