Account was somehow logged out and i cannot sign in again, resetting password does not work. Please contact me - the account is under a different email from the one i am using on this forum (because i could not log in under that account)

Hi - I am experiencing really poor customer support. Please keep this in mind when buying licenses for this product. The product is good, the customer service is non-existant. Not happy with my experience

I have received it. However, i have signed in and it is showing "expired trial." I have purchased a license and been using the PDF program for over 1 year.
