It is extremely tedious to have to modify the properties and names of multiple "forms" created on a PDF that has dozens of created form fields.
In order expedite the creation of Multiple Forms (i.e. Checkboxes, Fillable Forms, etc...) that each have the same properties of the first one but a different name to make each one unique (not attached to the actions of the first one) an Option Box needs to be created as a Feature in the Forms tab.
