Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and older and its activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any activation or deactivation attempt on these versions will no longer work. This means, no need to deactivate old installations since the licensing service has been moved from old to new activation servers. To continue on using your existing license, please ensure to install 12.16.9.574. The installer can be located here:https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link. If you run into issues activating Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 using your license, please send the complete serial number and a description of the activation error message.
