Can the "Create PDF" function in MS Word be integrated with iManage Work 10?

Hi - we are implementing the latest Nitro Pro with MS Word and we notice an inconsistency with the Create PDF function and iManage Work Desktop for Windows. When the Create PDF button is pressed, Nitro prompts to save the iManage document locally. Then the prompt appears to save the PDF itself locally.

Can these steps, or at least the save PDF step, be configurated to save to iManage instead of the local file system? Perhaps there is a Nitro setting for this?
