Nitro Claims We have Reached Maximum Activations

Hi we have several staff using Nitro.  Exactly one year ago today (9/2/2021) we purchased a license for a user ref: ***

Today that user is getting the error: 

"You have reached the maximum number of installations allowed for this license. Please deactivate Nitro Pro from another computer that has used this serial number, before attempting to activate again"

So it appears that it has expired on the anniversary date, which is unusual because none of our other licenses expire, only this one.

Can you please advise?  Did we purchase only a yearly license or is there some other issue we are unaware of?

Hello Victor,

This was actually purchased 1/15/2021. 

I released your serial number so you can reactivate. Can you please try again and let me know how that goes?

If in the future, you would like to move your license to a new computer, or plan on reformatting your computer, I suggest you deactivate first by clicking on: Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate. This will allow you to reactivate on another computer.
