Activation Error

We try to re-activatie Nitro Pro.

Unable by the tools provided by Nitro.

We have 2 licenses and 0 active. 

By issueing ticket we are re-directed to the Forum (and end-up in the same loop).

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Please check the version of your serial number using the license activation portal (https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal).
If the version says 12, please download and install Nitro PDF Pro 12 then activate it using your serial number.

The installer can be located from the link below:
https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads - click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link.  

But if the version is on 13, please install Nitro PDF Pro 13 by clicking the 'Download Nitro Pro 13' link. 

If still cannot activate even the appropriate version is installed, please provide the following:

1. Screenshot of the activation error message.
2. The version and complete build of your Nitro PDF Pro, found under the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 
3. The exact serial number so we can check it on our end.
