Installer Claims -20: Error - Invalid license number

Installing on new computer, installer won't take serial number, go to license check page and it shows 0 activations.

What do I do??

Extremely irritating, I run 5 computers with Nitro Pro and I fear every time I have to do a reinstallation. Nothing but problems. VERY poor licensing system.

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

This might mean you have the wrong version or the wrong serial number. I sent you a direct message with your correct serial number.

Please get the latest version 13 installer from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro, click on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate and enter your serial number.
