Cannot locate full serial number - need Nitro pro purchase receipt

I tried to locate my serial number to submit a ticket to get my receipt for my purchase of Nitro pro. Part of the serial number in the About Nitro Pro section is censored and I cannot locate the full number. Let me know how I can go about getting my receipt.

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro
