Can't see full Registration Key in Nitro 13

I am moving computers and I can't see the full registration key for Nitro Pro 13. The only email I have is the Order Confirmation - I can't find another with the registration. I also couldn't find the support email for this issue that your page alludes to.

My key begins with 5*
