Nitro 12 deactivation and reactivation

Hi, I recently pruchased a new lap top and am trying to move my activation/serial number from my old lap top. We are using version 12. When I enter the serial number it gives me a message saying " -24: Activation Error "

How do I get arround this?

Thank you for your message - I can help you out.

We have upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update (12.16.9.574) so you can reactivate successfully: 
https://www.gonitro.com/installers/business/v12/msi/download

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
