Nitro Pro 10 & 12 Activation Errors

Trying to re-activate Nitro Pro 10 on new computers, but keep getting activation errors.

Have tried using the Nitro 10 Keys on version 12 as suggested in other posts, but they will not work.

Deactivation tool provided by Nitro can not solve the issue. By issuing a ticket we are re-directed to the Forum (and end-up in the same loop).

We have 4 Nitro Pro 10 license keys.

Not interested in paying the hefty fee to upgrade, when Version 10 was working perfectly fine for our daily use.

Pease assist.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10  and its activation servers have been shut down.

1. We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our upgrade page:

2. Alternatively, you can install to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. (Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy, we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.)
ou can find Nitro Pro 12 installer from the page below and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 10 or 12 serial number.

The download link worked, and interestingly 1 of the 4 keys was automatically activated when I opened Ver12 the first time, I didn't have to enter the key. Hopefully the other keys will all work ok as well 😊
