Marin Silviu Posted September 9, 2022 Report Share Posted September 9, 2022 I have been upgrading a PC with a SSD, witch previously had the Nitro license on the HDD. Activation key bought from a retailer has the following form: xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxxxx Nitro Pro v 13 do not accept the "-" character, probably input validation on this newer version. I let here a print screen of the error I received from Nitro. After a put the serial number, I get an error, but the solution provided from nitro website do not work. Solution provided from Nitro website is the following: Version 12 Status Active Number of Activations 0 Number of Activations Allowed 2 It tells me to "deactivate", when I select that button, I get this message: Please select devices to deactivate.
