Zach Yoder Posted September 10, 2022 Report Share Posted September 10, 2022 I ordered a new computer and wish to transfer my Nitro Pro to it once it arrives. I opened Nitro Pro and followed the directions to go to About Nitro Pro to note down my Serial number, and then to deactivate before installing and activating it on my new computer. However, only the first six digits are showing on the Serial. Any help in retrieving the full Serial Number would be greatly appreciated. The first 4 digits of the serial are 5049, if that helps.
