Color images won't print in PDF from Solidworks/Nitro form on Xerox 7970i

Our company recently switched to Nitro last month, should be on latest version.

1. Any image with color is left blank when we print our Solidworks drawings, the same issue happens when we print our fillable forms. We are using a Xerox 7970i for our prints, I have gone through and tried the various image options through "print properties" with no luck. This only seems to be an issue with our Xerox printer.

2. There is always a scaling issue when printing to our Arch D drawings to tabloid size. The image does not fill the page and leaves 2" margin around the document. We haven't had this issue with other products like adobe acrobat.

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.
