Fahad Ahmed Posted September 12, 2022 Report Share Posted September 12, 2022 My colleague purchased 3 Nitro Pro 13 "licenses" for 3 of us. He provided each of us a serial number. I am using Mac OS Monterey. We downloaded Nitro Pro 13. Under the "Help" menu, there is no "About" option. Under the "Nitro PDF Pro" menu, there is an option "Purchase/Register Nitro PDF Pro...". When we try to "Register Now" it asks for a "License Code". Pasting the serial number leaves the "Register" button grayed out. Seems like the License Code is different from Serial Number. My colleague never received a License Code, only 3 Serial Numbers. How do we resolve? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
