can't find the email received the serial number

Hello

I've bought a licence oneline (via CLEVERBRIDGE) in March 2022 : in the order i've noted the serial number : 504 *** *** *** **

After a crack on my computer in July, I'm now unable to re install the NITRO 13 PRO becauve I've lost the serial number.

I've tried to uninstall the program but on the invoice there are only 14 characters for the serial number : 504 996 040 690 43   vs the 18  required on the site to get an online asssitance.

Could you  help me please? I don't know to do.
