Christopher Galbreath
Hello, every time I try and print to our Kyocera cs 6053ci Nitro 12 will crash no matter which drive I use for the printer. It works with the other printers and the other versions of NitroPDF we have work with the Kyocera printer. Does anyone have a fix for this issue? Thank you. Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted September 13, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 13, 2022 Hello @Christopher Galbreath, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Greg Story
Hi, was this ever resolved? One of my clients is having the same issue with a different Kyocera printer. I can DM her serial number to whoever needs it for verification. Thanks.

Christopher Galbreath
I have an update on this that might help. There is a new Kyocera printer driver that is not having any issues with version 12 for us.
