Nitro 12.16.9.574 crashes when printing to a Kyocera cs 6053ci printer.

Hello, every time I try and print to our Kyocera cs 6053ci Nitro 12 will crash no matter which drive I use for the printer.  It works with the other printers and the other versions of NitroPDF we have work with the Kyocera printer.  Does anyone have a fix for this issue?  Thank you.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Hi, was this ever resolved? One of my clients is having the same issue with a different Kyocera printer. I can DM her serial number to whoever needs it for verification.

I have an update on this that might help.  There is a new Kyocera printer driver that is not having any issues with version 12 for us.
