Tim Entwistle Posted September 14, 2022 Report Share Posted September 14, 2022 Hello On 26 January 2018 I purchased two copies of Nitro Pro 11 for my wife and I along with the backup CD. Cleverbridge reference number and product keys are all available if needed. I've recently purchased a new computer so I deleted Nitro Pro on the old computer and, using the backup CD, installed it on the new computer. All fine until I go to the activation tab. I clicked on the activation tab and entered the product key and I get the message "-24: Activation error". I've then submitted a support request and entered the licence number. This comes back showing that there are two active licences and that neither are being used. Then, I click the deactivate button thinking that will resolve the isuue but I then get the message "Licences.gonitro.com says: Please select devices to deactivate". But, there are no devices listed and so I just keep going round in circles. Any help would be really appreciated. Thanks Tim Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
