Inigo Flores
Hi This seems to be an old bug first described in 2017. Vector images (in this case handwritten signatures) are moved from their original position when the document is saved as flattened. Same happens when you flatten it manually by right clicking over it. This happens every time. Please fix this bug. Upon request, I can provide a PDF file experiencing this issue. Official Nitronaut Allain Umailin Posted September 15, 2022 Official Nitronaut Report Share Posted September 15, 2022 Hello @Inigo Flores, Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums! To send over a copy of the file you are working on, please hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'. Aside from providing as a sample file for testing, how was this file created and what software was used (e.g. from an external source like a website, from an email message, AutoCad converted-to-PDF files, or an internal application/reporting tool)? Lastly, what build of Nitro Pro are you working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
