Reinstalling NitroPro 10

I am seeking the courtesy referenced above.

I have been a licensed user of Nitro Pro Windows for more than 15 years.  My last paid upgrade was to version 10, which provides me with everything I need, and I have not sought nor needed tech support for more than a decade.  I recently bought a new laptop and am retiring my old one. I want to install my licensed, paid-for version 10 on the new computer, but deleted the installation file several years back when I set up what is now my old computer.  I followed the link above, but could not find version 10. Could you please, as a courtesy, direct me to an archived, downloadable copy of a v.10 downloadable installation file.  I am satisfied with "familiar and reliable," and am not looking for "new and improved" -- even though your website tells me that my serial number is eligible for an "upgrade" discount on v.13.    When I purchased my license for v. 10 six or seven years ago, I was not aware of any expiry date to that license.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 10 and its activation servers have been shut down which is why its installers are no longer available for download. 

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, Nitro PDF Pro 13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro PDF Pro 13 at a discounted rate, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 


Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released Nitro PDF Pro 13.  

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 10 serial number 234600-xxyyzz-283255:

If you are getting the 'Nitro Pro Wizard has failed' message using our .exe package, it is because it requires a stable Internet connection to download installation files so please use offline English MSI packages instead:

Thank you so much for your assistance -- v.12 is now installed on my new computer and has recognized my license #

Three follow-up questions:

  1. Do you have an archived "what's new" document you can point me to that will help me familiarize myself with new features and modifications in interface compared to earlier versions?
  2. I notice there is a LOG IN button in the upper-right corner.. this is new compared to v.10.  Is there any need to log in if I do not wish to use the Nitro cloud?
  3. I did try logging in from the application using the button and using the long-standing credentials I used to log into this forum, and I kept getting an error message saying "TRY AGAIN LATER."  Any advice?

Hello @David Reilley,

With regard to number 1, please refer to the attached comparison sheet.

In connection to number 2, the Log In link is for you to access Nitro Sign which is for document collaboration and signature requests.

For number 3, could you please provide a screenshot of the error message?
