Nitro Pro -13 reactivation

I have a nitro pro -13 license 

Suddenly it reverted to trial mode. My computer didn't crash

trying to reactivate with serial # results in an error as follows:

There was an issue with the activation certificate

If you activated manually' click 'back' and re-enter the activation certificate. Ensure

that you have copied the certification correctly.

 

 

Can anyone help?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under the Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.67.0.45). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, a screenshot of the error message you have received after entering your serial number. To find out how to take a screenshot using Snipping Tool, check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b

To ensure you have the latest release, please use our offline English MSI packages below:

x64   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
x32   https://downloads.gonitro.com/professional_13.67.0.45/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 

To know if you have 32-bit or 64-bit, please refer to this article:

After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number

Hello @Yaron Kogan,

Thank you for the private message and please note that this is the first time we have received such activation with our latest release.

As part of troubleshooting, please refer to these steps:

1. Download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your current Nitro Pro and reboot your machine:

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004509 

2. Reinstall using the same MSI installer you downloaded from my previous post.

3. After installation, you can activate it by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering the same serial number
